Cabio has been experimenting with different ways for riders and drivers to give feedback to each other for years. In 2017, the company introduced a feature that allowed drivers to offer additional comments to riders regarding their behavior. Drivers would choose from a list of reasons: “wait time,” “patience,” “number of riders,” “attitude,” “wanted new route,” or “other.” If a rider gets the same “tag” twice within 30 days, a notification would appear when they open our app to let them know that their behavior is affecting their rating.Your rating can help you understand what your customers think of you.
Your overall rating comes from your last 100 ratings from restaurant staff and delivery customers. They can rate you with a thumbs up or a thumbs down. You might also receive feedback from customers that you might find helpful.
I been riding with Cabio for a little while now but my last Cabio has been the best. Kayla with a blue Ford car in Baytown, Texas was excellent. She was there a few mins earlier and she got me to my appointment an hour away fast. If you don't mind drivers that speed you should reserve her. She was polite and friendly and the environment was comfortable. Best experience in a while.
